Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 dough for 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 dough for 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat 4 6-ounce ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. Place the ramekins on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Toss the apples, flour and apple pie spice in a medium bowl until the apples are coated. Whisk the sour cream and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Combine with the apples and spoon into the ramekins. Cut the dough into 1/2-inch strips and form a lattice crust over the top of each ramekin.
  4. Combine the coarse sugar and cinnamon in a small cup. Sprinkle over the lattice crust.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
