Ingredients

1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese

1 cup 2% milk

1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed

1 medium banana, cut in chunks

2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender container and cover. Blend on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Tip: for a less thick smoothie, try adding an additional ¼ cup of milk.
