Strawberry Banana Gelatin Mold

Ingredients

1 10 ounce package frozen strawberries

1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple

2 cups mashed ripe bananas

2 3 ounce boxes strawberry banana flavored gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
Directions
Thaw strawberries. Drain pineapple and set juice aside. Puree strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and mix well. Add juices, stir, and let stand for 10 minutes. Beat gelatin mixture with sour cream until smooth and frothy. Pour fruit puree into gelatin mixture and combine well. Pour into a 6 ½ cup mold sprayed with non-stick spray. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and garnish serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, if desired, before serving.
