Directions
- Blend the cottage cheese, juice, strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor, scraping the bowl occasionally, until blended.
- Scoop about 1/2 cup of the cottage cheese mixture into 8 molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air pockets.
- Freeze the molds for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
