Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 32 buttery crushed crackers

Directions
- Mix the chicken, vegetables, soup, sour cream, lemon juice, broth, and salt in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Mix the melted butter and cracker crumbs together and then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
