Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 32 buttery crushed crackers

Directions

  1. Mix the chicken, vegetables, soup, sour cream, lemon juice, broth, and salt in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix the melted butter and cracker crumbs together and then sprinkle over the casserole.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
