Ingredients

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

3 tablespoons red and green diced peppers

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons butter

1 large egg
slightly beaten

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

5 slices crisp, crumbled bacon

1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese

1 dash salt & pepper

2 unbaked piecrusts
Directions
In microwave, sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Combine egg, sour cream, bacon, cheeses, vegetables, salt and pepper. Set aside. Roll out piecrust. With a round cookie cutter, cut out circles of dough and line small muffin pans. Divide egg mixture among pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
