Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Mix flour, soda and salt together, set aside. Cream butter, 1 cup sugar, and egg in large bowl. Stir in orange rind and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture slowly and add the sour cream and then the marmalade. Turn into a well-greased jelly roll pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Slice and remove from pan while warm. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and orange juice well, and pour over warm bars.
