6 ounce box lime gelatin

14 ounce can crushed pineapple

2 cups whipped cream

24 ounces Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions
Bring gelatin and un-drained crushed pineapple to a boil. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream and cottage cheese. Spray mold or pan with non-stick spray. Pour gelatin mixture into mold. Chill for at least two hours or more before serving. *Optional – stir in ½ cup of mini marshmallows and/or ½ cup of chopped walnuts after whipped cream and cottage cheese addition.
