2 eggs

4 egg whites

1 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

2 tablespoons Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Beat eggs and egg whites with a wire whisk in a medium size bowl until frothy. Gently fold in cottage cheese, sour cream, oil, salt, and whole grain flour. Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray. Heat the skillet to medium-low. Spoon batter onto skillet to make approximately 4 inch pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear in the middle. Remove when second side is golden brown. Garnish with fresh berries and syrup.
