2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup pine nuts

1 garlic clove

16 ounces Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1/2 cup fresh basil

1 dash salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine olive oil, nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add cottage cheese and basil. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh vegetables.
