Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs

1 stick melted butter

1/2 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/2 tablespoon vanilla

29 ounce can pumpkin puree
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving. *Optional: Try adding 1/2 cup of chopped nuts to batter before baking.
