Serves: 10 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 8 ounce package light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup finely diced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup finely diced peeled seedless cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper


In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft and creamy. Beat in the sour cream. By hand, stir in all of the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with crackers or crisp vegetables, or cover and refrigerate several hours to chill.

This recipe is so light that when you eat it all yourself, you don't feel as guilty especially when ypu dip your favorite veggoes! Baguette crackers are also delicious when snacking!
