Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup yellow and red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup baby salad greens

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix, blend well.
  2. In large skillet, cook the bell pepper and onion in oil over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly tender.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
  4. Spread the sour cream sauce over each tortilla.
  5. Top with salad greens and chicken mixture.
  6. Fold in sides, roll up and serve.q
