Ingredients

  • 10 ounce prebaked thin pizza crust
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, balled or sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pizza crust on the baking sheet; brush with the olive oil. Spread the cottage cheese over the pizza crust leaving a 1-inch edge. Top with the blueberries, blackberries and mozzarella. Sprinkle with the freshly ground pepper. Bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the berries are soft. Sprinkle with the pistachios, basil, mint and salt.
