Cheese and Pear Sandwiches

  • 4 slices cinnamon-swirl raisin bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 small pear, cored and sliced


Divide the cottage cheese between 2 slices of toast. Top each with pear slices and remaining the pieces of toast. Cut each into 4 triangles. Serve immediately.
